The culinary heart bringing the venue to life, woodfired pizzas, European inspired seafood dishes and charcuterie were all foods which found their perfect pairing on the custom hanging black beer font.
The dual-fuel woodfired pizza oven is the hero of the kitchen alongside a generous cookline. All taproom refrigeration was integrated below bar height and with clean lines to respect the architectural design and not compete for focus with the taps and adjacent brewhouse. A custom powder coated fount hung from the overhead ceiling reticulated beer and tied the service point to the source.
