Following an in-depth master planning phase, the entire building layout was reconfigured to enhance workflow and operational efficiencies. Upgrades to equipment specifications were also introduced to improve productivity, reduce labour demands, and increase overall output.
The project encompassed not only a full kitchen and stores rebuild, but also extensive electrical upgrades, refreshed staff offices, amenities, and external building alterations — all tailored to meet the needs of both staff and the wider community.
A full-service design, construction, and delivery scope followed, carefully staged to maintain operational continuity and ensure the service remained open throughout.
Temporary containerised kitchen facilities were implemented to guarantee uninterrupted meal production and delivery during the works.
