Join our expanding team delivering design-led hospitality fit outs. With a blend of traditional site supervision and creative problem-solving, this role will appeal to someone who thrives in diverse environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality, well-resolved outcomes.
Under the umbrella of our specialist design and construction group, this role oversees projects across venue builds, shop fit outs, kitchen and bar contracting, and refurbishments. Our goal is to provide our clients with an informative, transparent and authentic approach to fit outs, that both simplifies the process and maximises value for highly efficient and engaging outcomes.
We work at the intersection of design, construction and innovation, with a growing client base across owners, operators and entrepreneurs building businesses in the food and beverage sector.

- Liaising with project managers, designers and clients to ensure design intent is realised
- Supporting handover-ready delivery on both fixed-site and modular fit outs
- Take a hands on, supportive and teamwork focused approach with a problem-solving mentality with both our internal project team and our contractor network on site.
Every project is different—so we value adaptability, accountability and initiative.

LESS IS MORE
We’re not a volume shopfitter or a generic contractor. We’re scaling our project portfolio in the hospitality market, with a focus on quality design, smart buildability and functional outcomes. You’ll be part of a team that values craft, innovation, and relationships, not just churn.
We’re a growing business where your input matters, and where the projects are as varied as the venues we help create.
