We’re after a capable and reliable Site Supervisor with experience across commercial fit out, trades coordination and contractor management. You’ll be:

• Managing day-to-day site operations across a variety of hospitality-focused build and install projects
• Analysis of drawings and create necessary documentation
• Overseeing subcontractors, site safety and timelines
• Liaising with project managers, designers and clients to ensure design intent is realised
• Supporting handover-ready delivery on both fixed-site and modular fit outs
• Take a hands on, supportive and teamwork focused approach with a problem-solving mentality with both our internal project team and our contractor network on site.

• Trade qualification and background with relevant construction supervision experience (carpentry or shopfitting required, commercial background favorable)
• Confident managing a mix of small-to-medium projects across varied scopes
• Experience working in live or operational venues, kitchens, or hospitality spaces advantageous
• Self-starter who takes ownership of delivery, quality, and safe work sites
• Strong communication and scheduling skills
• Current White Card and driver’s licence essential
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail.
• Computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office.

The role may be best suited to a Casual arrangement (we're flexible), and part-time/full-time arrangements for the right applicant are of course on the table. We’re flexible with hours to a degree too, so we're happy to accommodate designers where a strict full-time requirement might be a stretch.

Key Responsibilities
• Produce accurate Revit models and technical documentation
• Develop construction-ready drawings, details and schedules
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, builders and external consultants
• Support documentation for approvals and onsite construction needs
• Maintain document control and assist with BIM workflows

Essential:
• 2–5+ years’ experience in Revit-based drafting or architectural/interior documentation
• Strong technical drafting and modelling skills
• Understanding of Australian commercial construction documentation protocols
• Good communication and coordination capability
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team

Desirable:
• Commercial hospitality fit-out, food & beverage, kitchen design, or fabrication drafting experience
• Understanding of approvals, code compliance and consultant coordination
• Comfortable working across varied project types and service level offerings
